The Old Golfhouse Veterinary Group see pets by appointment only please. We run clinics every day from Monday to Saturday, each clinic has slightly different opening times so please refer to each for details. Evening appointments are very popular and to avoid disappointment they should be booked in advance. However busy we are though, we will always endevour to see urgent cases on the same day wherever possible.
Our fees are structured to provide you with a fair service and in return we are committed to further training for all our staff and the upgrading of our premises. The services we offer are, therefore, also constantly being reviewed and renewed.
An estimate of fees is always available on request, we do not run accounts, so you will be expected to pay your bill at the time the service is provided. This helps us to keep our charges as low as possible. However, we recognise that certain emergency procedures are unplanned and unexpected. If you are likely to have difficulty paying a fee, please discuss this with the receptionist before treatment.
