I enjoy working with the public and their pets. I have two cats of my own and a dog. I have always had an interest in animals. I have recently transfered over to the Brandon Surgery as a permenant member of staff. I am looking forward being a member of the team there.

Emma Newey, Veterinary Nurse
I have worked for the Old Golfhouse since January 1997 and qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in summer 1999. I am currently working at Thetford 2 days a week where I spend much of my time carrying out general nursing duties and in theatre monitoring anaesthetics. I am at our Brandon surgery 3 days where I run nurse clinics and monitor anaesthetics during minor surgery.

Vanessa Lambert, Veterinary Surgeon
I qualified from The Royal Veterinary College, London in 2004. Since then I have worked in practices in St Albans, Cambridge and Ipswich before starting at The Old Golfhouse in July 2010. I particularly enjoy canine and feline medicine and am now doing a post graduate course specialising in this area. I have two labradors, a cat, four mad chickens and two koi carp - all of which keep me very busy outside of work!

Kate is owned by two cats and has worked in the UK and Australia. She has a particular interest in exotic medicine, especially reptiles and wildlife.
